OUR SPEAKERS

Bianca has been with DT for the last 8 years and works on the development of communication products. She is a conversational enthusiast with a broad understanding of the customer impact and business benefits that messaging can deliver. Bianca has experience in both large, multi-national and small-medium enterprises in a variety of roles including marketing and product management.

Petja Heimbach is responsible for Communication Products at Deutsche Telekom. His main objective is to lead DT’s transition towards IP communications, accompanied with the adoption of a new market model. He is Chair of the “IP Comms Leadership Team” at GSMA.

As a tech savvy person, Jan likes the true art and power behind technology and ICT. However, he's also keen on translating very technical issues into usable solutions for everyone. Jan's interests spread from business management to technology and to music.

Carsten has been with RCS since the very first day! He has been working on innovations and new technologies for communication and entertainment for over 20 years in the telco world and with he has a wealth of experience from consulting and system integration. His heart burns for agile structures and virtualized companies.

Ramy is responsible for the definition, development, and management of the product portfolio at 3C. With over ten years of experience, he has worked with global operator groups and vendors to undertake major projects with new technologies within the telco space. In the RCS ecosystem, Ramy is heavily involved in the GSMA development of the RCS Universal Profile.

An experienced international telecom professional, previously of Vipnet Croatia and A1 Telekom Austria Group, since joining Infobip Nina has been in charge of Infobip’s strategic approach to SMS firewall and monetization projects. She has also taken on the role of RCS evangelist, working with mobile operators worldwide on developing RCS business strategies. Nina holds a degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Zagreb, Croatia.

Alan leads the company’s go to market activities in EMEA. He is also part of the global Enterprise Business Unit and regional EMEA management teams. Alan has over 25 years of experience in both large, multi-national and start up software businesses in a variety of roles including sales, marketing and company leadership.

Andreas is a seasoned Interaction Designer with experience ranging from work in academia and at agencies to corporate clients, both in Germany and North America. He has worked on projects for Siemens, Daimler, Adidas, AT&T, FedEx, and Intel, among others. He joined comdirect bank in 2018 to support the UI Design team in building a true digital bank. In 2019 he helped create a working chatbot together with Deutsche Telekom for WMC2019 as proof that a complete bank account application can be done by conversational messaging.

Robert is the Chief Evangelist & Co-Founder of Sinch. He has an extensive international grounding and 15 years of experience within mobile enterprise communications. Robert drives the business growth strategy of Sinch by providing input and direction to product and technology roadmaps and by engaging with customers and partners around the globe.

Iva has been with Out There Media since the company’s inception, after having worked with Accenture. She has been driving large scale mobile operator integrations across the globe, such as among others DT, Telekom Austria, MTN, Vodacom and Zain, with a special focus on OTM’s messaging products, including RCS. She is also heavily involved in mapping out Go To Market strategies with OTM’s brands & agency clients.

Ingo leads the product and commercial efforts for consumer communication products and services across at Vodafone Group. With 18 years of experience in developing and growing various telecommunication services, Ingo’s ambition is to scale the business opportunity of RCS across industries, ultimately driving a superior and more successful engagement between brands and their customers.

Michelle Skodowski is a co-founder of BOTfriends, a company specialized in the design and development of Conversational AI applications. As the COO of the company, she is in charge of all customer projects with clients such as Porsche, Innogy or Bosch. Michelle is also speaking at various tech and AI events like the Google Cloud or Chatbot Summit as a conversational AI evangelist.

Dominik is part of the business development team and is working in between Rasa's open source community and enterprise customers. Originally starting as a Project Manager for implementation projects, he has gained a good technical understanding of the product and technology.

Hugo Somersham-Jones is a Strategic Partner Manager for Communications Products and Services, EMEA at Google. He has spent significant periods of his career both in the mobile telecoms industry and in software, latterly specialising in conversational AI technology. Prior to joining Google, Hugo was the Sales Director for strategic accounts within Europe for Nuance Communications.

Philipp is a German/Australian entrepreneur with deep experience in technology ventures in Europe, APAC and the Americas. After having obtained a Master’s in Business Information Systems from reputable universities in Germany, Australia and Harvard Business School, Philipp established the Australian and later Asian operations for digital marketing leader Sitecore. Later leading sales of Sitecore’s Global Markets, Philipp became CIO and left Sitecore after its acquisition in 2016. He then established Cognigy to bring the power of artificial intelligence to the automation of customer and employee processes.

Andrew has 18 years of experience, predominantly in the telecommunications sector, delivering digital transformation across the enterprise and combines this knowledge with in-depth understanding of the business, operational, technical and financial challenges. He currently leads the Communications Sector for DACH on Cognitive Re-engineering & AI and has been delivering a wide range of AI & Automation across different segments bringing with him his knowledge on customer insights & care, digital transformation and global operating models.
